  I have bought carpet here for 20 years and loved the service and expertise . I was very dissapointed to find out Dennis and Matt were no longer there . They helped me alot over the years . I recently was in and the new owner just pointed at a row of carpet and said here it is and left . He seemed to busy doing other things to help me when I had questions . I don't think that is the right way to take care of a repeat customer . I left and need HELP !

  Buyer beware! They botched my hardwood floor installation and refused to fix it.Blamed the problem on a moisture in my home eventhough a professional inspection pointed to their install. I had to remove the floor and pay out of pocket for a new floor... A year later the competitions install is just fine.DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!
